Name badges
Participants are obliged to wear the official name badges at the Meeting and all other related events.
Exhibition
Access to the exhibition is free for registered participants.
Certificate of attendance
Meeting participants will receive a certificate of attendance after the Meeting, always on request.
Letter of invitation
Upon request, the Organizing Committee will be pleased to send a personal letter of invitation to enable participants to obtain supporting funds or visas to attend the Meeting. These invitation letters cannot be considered as an offer of financial support from the organizers. Contact us at congress@aopc.es.
Wireless internet access
WiFi internet access will be available at the Meeting venue public areas.
Liability
By registering for the BAETS 2019 Congress and / or by participating in the Exhibition held along with the 2019 BAETS Congress, participants and exhibitors agree that the Organizing Committee or the Congress Secretariat cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to congress participants, either during, or as a result of the meeting.
